We charge slightly lower than the actual shipping rate, and we do not charge for packaging materials or handling fees.
TO all USA, UPO, and FPO addresses:
Orders above $95, shipping is free!
Shipping preference for yarn is USPS Priority Mail or first class mail, calculated by weight as well as your location (after discounts.) Please see the zoning chart below. Patterns books will usually be sent separately from yarn, usually USPS media mail or first class mail. Packages above 3 lbs will be sent via USPS First Class Mail.
We are in the process of adding international rates. Please inquire.

TIMING • Shipments go out Monday to Friday, typically within 24 to 48 hours of when the order is placed. • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may ship on Monday morning. • We do not ship express or overnight mail. • Usually you should get your order in 2-4 business days once shipped!
BACKORDERS • Back-ordered items will not be charged extra for shipping. • We will always let you know estimated time frame as well as whether you want items shipped separately or together. • We will also make sure that items are from the same dye lot when back ordered.
