If you purchased yarn and you're not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days in its original condition.
Your options include an exchange of equal value or a store credit for a future purchase (not including shipping costs). All yarn must have the label attached and cannot be returned if it's a skein that has been wound into a ball. |
